Getting back on the white horse...

ordering a crea triple stack with some other goodies in the mix.

I have been off for about 4 years now. including lifting in general.

yesterday I decided should get back in gear and shape. Wifey proposed an idea one time while being frisky and I am interested in the idea so I want to find a nice xtra gal (not in the plus sizes) so I figure gotta get in shape. might as well have fun while I am young!

I ordered some NOX-CG3, three creas, three glutamines, and a low carb count, (cant do sugars so this is important to me.

I know I know , but for the ones who don't. Creatine will do nothing for you unless you are in shape. If your trying to lose weight and get in to shape all your going to do is put on water weight and be heavier.

Creatine is defintely a useful supplement. It aids in the recovery of muscles as well as providing your muscles additonal energy during your workout. I've noticed significant strength gains on both Kre-Alkalyn and creatine monohydrate.

You do retain some water during your cycle which actually helps in the recovery and repair of your muscles. You'll lose the weight once you cycle off, but your strength gains will remain.

Some people say using creatine while cutting will help you retain muscle as well.

BULLSHIT! so does a steak and a protien steak. if you want to repair your muscles use L-Glutamine. I'm against creatine from now on. It made me "look Good" but after stopping everything goes away!

Guys, I was using creatine right after al gore invented the internet and I used to know a crapload about it, but again, Four years ago.
Anyways It was VERY succesful in my body, and you guys are forgetting to mention that NOT EVERything works the same for Everyone!!

I am overweight but as my muscle mass increases my body kicks into high gear with its BMR.

But, creatine is not the forever use, it plateus and then becomes a supplement to me just to maintain while I then try a different cycle and try to kick the plateus ass.

A steak will certainly help you as much as a creatine supplement will...but all the fat on a steak is no good

And creatine isn't to make you look good...it's to make you stronger.

Cancel the order for the CG3. Buy regular creatine and some apple juice. Give me the $40 or whatever you saved and I'll kick you in the nuts to make it feel like it was still worth spending the money on CG3. Oh and to null out the shipping charges I'll pee on your car too.

Yes. That's the best way to usually go. Once you're into it and on a regular schedule it's fun to sometimes tinker with certain supplements so taking creatine or something else for a few months just to try it is ok. Just that many people rely on it as an essential tool and critical part of a workout. Multi vitamin I would suggest to everyone, our food really and truly does provide LESS nutrients than it used to...everything else is personal preference.

So just regular generic creatine will work then? What is up with this creatine ethyl ester? Is that any different? Which do you recommend?

Rofl,

and apple juice, bad bad, plus the CG3 was only 45$ shipped, Way below GNC which you are probably thinking.

But if you were taking it for size then you were taking it for the wrong reasons, that's not it's purpose that's it's side effect. Muscle energy and shortened recovery time is what it's all about.

also, biggie recommended apple juice because the sugars help delivery. Grape juice is even more popular, I prefer to do neither but again everyone is different.

Oh I know and thus the break down of glucose w/ insulin to assist delivery, etc.

But excess sugars/carbs preworkout really @#$%s up my body and makes me unstable.

Here's a quick note. Having many types of creatine or glutamine doesn't mean better. In fact there's lots of things out there which have little to know effect on humans. Creatine Monohydrate and Creatine Ethyl Ester tend to be the 2 used today though I must say I haven't bothered to read many studies on CEE.

Now taking Creatine-AKG which is in the CG3 is just an assumption that it can somehow absorb better. AKG is a precursor to glutamine and the idea behind taking it bonded with AKG is that you do not need a transporter to help in the absorption. There are no studies on this, just assumptions figuring "well if this does this and that does that, then this and that will do that and this". Right now it's just marketing and a good way to get you to to part with your dollars. As for the other creatine, the tri creatine malate, I know nothing about that one other than they claim it keeps the bloating down if you're prone to it.

And finally, to make you feel better about canceling the order. The amount of Amino Acid Pump or whatever that BS ingredient is called is so insignificant, that you'd need about 6 or 7 scoops to get any relevant amount. Same goes for the glutamine which is also the most abundant amino in the body. So taking a crap load more of it doesn't mean much unless your workouts are truly hardcore and your muscles are really burning it up...talking on your cell phone for 30 mins in the gym and then chatting on Xbox Live with me at night ain't exactly hardcore (though you are pretty good with that shotgun). And as someone else pointed out, the "Creatine Cellular Transport System" is sugar. Go have an apple except call it some cool scientific name like "Di Deca Tri Apple-Pulpus Creatine Transport System" instead
