Tastes great but no better than regular whey.

Steroids are about the only way you can gain significant weight and definition at the same time.

Take my advice, Bulk up first (put on the weight) and then cut (trim the fat and reveal the new muscle). It isn't an easy process by any means but muscle milk alone won't do squat. You need to eat a lot of protein and good calories.

Kinda of what they said. Muscle milk tastes great but due to that it has alot of sugar or fat (can't remember which one). Great as a meal replacement but you will have to use other supplements to get really good cuts.

great stuff but if you are really picky about your fat calorie intake i wouldn't suggest it as it is a little high and can just add an extra scoop of some other stuff to make up the extra protein without the fat cals.

and remember that your body can only process about 25-30g of protein per meal... everything else will get pissed out (or stored as fat for energy at a later time)

You want to take your whey post workout with water. Muscle milk takes too long to digest.

Best time to take muscle milk, or your whey w/milk is in the morning and at night.

I love muscle milk, like Muskrat said, you can only ingest about 20 to 30 grams in one serving what I do is take a shaker bottle with me to work and mix it three to four times a day every few hours, though you are going to gain weight just by lifting, remember don't go and be a mad man at the gym your body needs some time to recover that is how you grow muscle and thats how you are going to gain some weight. Screw what you want to weigh just go by how big you want to be and be happy with that, just eat junk food and you will gain 15lbs, like that, believe me its a lifestyle change Bro and you have to be wanting it to feel and look good.

Good Luck,

The 20-30g of protein in a sitting is a myth. It's different for everyone, but a healthy adult should pull 60-70grams easily.

whey protein is quicky digested and absorbed into the bloodstream which is great to take post workout to get it to the muscles quickly. the best protein to take b4 bed is casien since it is slower to be digested and absorbed. this way your muscle gets a more steady stream of protein thoughout the night and not just a quick shot early and then shift into negative nitrogen balance the rest of the night.

Milk contains casein protein, therefore slowing down the time it takes for your body to digest the whey and keeping a few $$$ in your wallet.

I bought 2 burritos today because I knew I would lift and need another one after.

Are you a midget? If so I'll adopt you, but you'll end up around 210 and scaring small children.

If your looking to gain weight Muscle Milk has the protein with a lot of calories, but for more of a straight protein drink, theres a protein shake called RTD. It has more protein than Muscle Milk, and alot less calories. (Im not completely weirdly obsessed with protein shakes..i work in a gym that sells them lol) But those are just the premade protein shakes, you can always just get the whey protein and make your own.

That ain't no lie. If your like me and can eat McDonalds three times a day and lose 5lbs, taking protien shakes is a must. When I played ball. I would make sure I had about 40 grams of protien at every meal. 6X a day. 3 protien shakes and 3 actual meals. You have to lift to get bigger. FACT. you will piss out all the protien shake if your body dont use it. But it takes some serious time to get bigger. Every body works differently. If your serious about being cut up, go online and search for weightlifting techniques and what not. I have a matabolism problem, but I gained 20lbs in 3 months by using a regimented diet/ workout program. It might take you months to figure out the best regiment, but it's so worth it. Just remember, weight lifting is a full time job. You can't go to the gym, burn yourself out and expect serious gains overnight. That is a lot of peoples down falls. If you want instance changes. You better be able to live with small testies and an anger management issue. Cause steroids are your only hope.
