road biking at busse woods

Anyone live out in the nw burbs want to ride tonight at 5:45 at busse woods? Its a 7.8 mile loop. They just paved it within the past month and its really fast and smooth. I usually run it twice. let me know

If you can figure out how to get my one crank arm off my bottom bracket. Stupid crank tool pulled the threads out of the arm.

Thread the crank tool deeper next time.

Edit: you probably used a tapered puller on a splined bb, or vice versa.

remove the bolt holding the crank arm before you use the crank arm puller.

Not paved it was crack filled and seal coated then stripped, if anyone needs maps for the whole trail system I can supply them just lemme know.

Thanks ass hats. I got one side off fine, the chain ring side is being a bitch, it is still a square taper drive bottom bracket and the screw was removed already. Next step is heating the arm since it is garbage anyhow.

im crosstraining for the urbanathlon. i ran tuesday and swam yesterday. today is bike day.

I have never ever seen a crank that wouldn't come off. I think you fuckered it up real good.
