What is funny and pisses me off is that I had a great swim the day before and swam the whole thing with ease.

Maybe cause it was a race I put extra pressure on myself? But whom knows I'll do a few other Tri's to see if going to be a common occurrence for which I hope not.
Dude you did well. Hell I saw one person swim at least 100 yards off course, twice, then swim into me about 100 yards from the finish of the swim.

Thanks Rick but I know better...

What is funny, I still got out of the water in a time of 13 minutes, but it felt like 30 minutes.

Hell I still suck and go two days a week. If I could just relax things would be much better.

Swimming still sucks. Started back up again since my achilles is bothering me, so no running for a week or two. Maybe I can keep myself from packing on the pounds this winter.

Averaged 1:50 per hundred at an endurance pace. I was tired, but it's funny how I never get slower or faster much.

That's somewhat true, but the difference is I really don't want to get better at swimming. I get enough bitches throwing themselves at me for being an incredible biker.

I did just over 1000 meters. Nothing crazy for my first swim in months.

Now that I think about it, maybe it's because of my Zipps. Bitches luh dem Zipps.

This one is true. I had to remove my zipp stickers as it was way to distracting to ride on the streets with all the broads trying to grab mah dick.

I can still swim 1650 non stop in about 30 min but I feel really weak with swimming. I'll probably swim a bit more to help with cardio.

If you're gonna swim... make sure you wear earplugs! My ears are very sensitive and I always get them infected.

I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can't accept not trying.
