Life has no instruction manual. Parts and labor can be impossible to find. Many go down the road with parts that are in need of service. A breakdown is eventual.

Yeah, well, tell my wife that...

Actually, it worked out well, I worked out again last night doing the bike and abs. It was nice to break things up and in spite of the fact that doing it first thing in the morning wasn't as energetic as normal, I had more energy throughout the day.

Working out tonight. I have no clue what Diane is thinking, but she has certain mornings we work out and certain nights. Whatever, I just try to do what I am told.

Talk to me in 18 months, its all short term. Exercising is a lifestyle change, not a 90 day program. Anyone that works out consistently for 33 days and follows eats appropriately will show amazing results. Key is diet and changing up your exercise routines. Good luck.

Actually, it is lifestyle Rick. As you know, once you get your body in a 60 day plus program, you NEED to work out as your body is accustomed to it. My wife is on her fourth P90x program no (doing P90x PLus) and she takes two weeks off in between cycles. She also changes which routines she is doing each cycle.

Now, if only I could get an hour with you to learn what dietary needs I need to work on...

Yes, you are right, but like Brian says, this program is very doable as a lifestyle. I want to hear your secrets after IMS.

I am doing the idiot's guide to diet- based on the P90x phase you are in-
ie:
5 proteins, 1 carb, 2 vegs, 1 fruit, 2 dairy, bar & shake. Eat every 3 hrs.
Portion control is the hardest. Counting calories is just too anal for me.

Also I do all my workouts after work, because then I am not busy watching the clock & rushing to get ready.
