Wanted: a vbulletin administrator

I need someone who can manage the back end of CLSB.

Requirments:
  • A very good understanding of Mysql
  • good with graphics
  • ability to code in php
  • vbulletin experience (I dont have time to train)
  • my trust
  • a complete understanding that CLSB is like a daughter to me and I have a lot of guns

I am swamped getting my new business off the ground, I don't have the time I want to spend working on the site. I need someone who can manage updates, deal with user account issues, fix coding issues, and basically handle things if I send a text and say, "hey the server is down, get it back up"

HDTony.... Damn glad to meet you!

Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.

what sort of 'user account issues' and 'coding issues' are you talking about (previous examples) ?

Also, have you thought about cross coverage, where possibly more than 1 person contributes to their area(s) of expertise and all work as a group.. naturally, one would want this to be a small group (1 person may not be what you end up with) - just throwing the idea out there.

Everyone Exaggerates

We're being taken for a ride... agaaaaaaain.....

This - there are some admin tasks that I would be happy to help out with. I meet some of the requirements and can quickly pick up on other aspects.

Hell, in that case...

One should know that with redundant paths on the backend, one can usually take a larger load and more simultaneous connections... It just has to be handled correctly

But eventually it just takes so many different loads that it gets filled with viruses, then set aside because at some point, it's just easier to buy new vs repairing all the damage.
