For sale forum

Is there any way to make they for sale forum available for replies?

I know the fear is to have people posting up BS about how things are overpriced or a POS.

I have received the same questions about my SV about 6 times. It would be nice to have the ability for legitimate questions to be posted and answered. Maybe have the ability for the OP to moderate their own thread and delete posts if needed?

There is a Repsol FS thread in the open forum with some good replies and a few BS posts. That is what got me thinking. I know SVRider allows posts in for sale threads and it seems to work out well there.

No. It is that way by design.

You on the other hand, can edit and post as much info as you want on your own items that are for sale. SO... if you have questions, post the answers in your own thread. You can ALWAYS moderate your own posts and delete your own threads in ANY forum on CLSB.

Why don't you reply to your own thread with the answer to this common question? Or edit your original post?

My suggestion would be to copy the questions and post them in your own thread, with the answers. Trust me, you want it this way, or else you will have every tom dick and harry in there telling you your shit is too expensive or how they would do it some other way.

see the little yellow button on the top of the reply box with a qote bubble on it. Use that button paste the question in between the tags then answer after the last tag it will look very clean and professional.

HDTony.... Damn glad to meet you!

Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.

If you have something to say about an ad, PM the advertiser.

He can then choose to amend the ad..... if what was said had any value.

It avoids the silly distracting nonsense that's going on in the Repsol thread.
