lapping the beaver

Bikes are reassembled and the trailer is loaded for our first trip to beaver run.
Any other road warriors heading east. It is about the same time/dist as MAM and looks like a lot of fun.

Wish I could have made the trip with you guys. I need to let the wrist heal up more before attempting high-speed right-handers.

I'm going. Plan on walking that track. Backwards again. And then rocking it by lunch! Bring it, new track!

That is if I ever get out of work. Go home, feed my dog, do my laundry and pack on time.

When is the Beaver date? I haven't been there in about 5 years I really like the track. Last time I was there was on a stock TLR.

You better push me. I'm passing up a weekend with Wink jetskiing because I told you guys I'd go with.

Can't you compare us to the amateur's? Then I won't feel so bad. I actually got my lap times at Road America down to where the amateur leaders were last year.

Guess your pushing me to up my game for next year huh haha

I'd say we did ok. Ran a 1:07.9 on really toasted tires. Never been there before. Took a little time to get 4 and 5 right. There's time left on the table in 1 and in 9 or 10, whichever the carousel is.

Fun track. Not terribly long, so no time to rest. It wears you down. Lots of elevation.
