I'd love to but doing two days @ Road America. If I didn't have to pay late fees I'd go.

Final exam will be done by 6/9... Yahoo!!

Does it like 5 hours from Chicago to there?

is it a bad idea to ride there?.. I don't have any trailer.

of course, it will be my first track day. I will try the intro session and then probably decide to sign up for NESBA.

The endurance race is a CCS regional event. I'll be floggin' VTR996's baby Hawk along with him and his brother. Hoping John will bring my bike out on Sunday so I can do the sprint races.

nismoo,

Yes, I'll be riding down there. Still need to make up my mind whether to go down I-65/70 (which is shorter) or US 41 (which is, uh, not). Doing both days, which is just as well.

Are you going to try for the Sunday intro session?

you have to stay at one of the hotels. look up KBOlsen's post and it will say which to stay away from.. there is no camping there or any provisions for power so you need a generator if you are using tire warmers.

Nice Flowey grippy track though.

I'm right around the corner from you guys Near Marine Drive and Foster

Drink at the Ramada...
Sleep at the Super 8 or Holiday Inn Express in Cloverdale!

Take I-65 south to I-70 west to the Cloverdale exit. It's about 3-1/2 hours from Chicago.

If you need electricity, bring a generator.
