Saturday night at BHF

I'm signed up for sunday, but I'm thinkin about comin up for Saturday and spectatin' to get the feel for things. I'm going to try and get a hotel room but was wondering if there is a safe place to leave my bike and trailer that night? can I leave them at the track overnight or is that a no no? any suggestions?

find someone we know and leave it next to them for what its worth, the track is a safe place when you leave it with someone you know near by them.

as far as me i did that 1 time, and didnt sleep right the whole night wondering.

but like i said if its someone we know and trust they will make sure no one messes with it, and if someone does i hope they kill em!

are there a lot of people staying at the track? I might just pick up a tent and camp. Otherwise I'll sally out and get a room, and coerce a CLSB member with beer to watch my bike, lol

they let you have fire pits there, right?
if so, do you have to bring shit to burn, or is there enough laying around?

Campfires are common when the Sun goes down. Fire wood altho seems to be in short supply. I'm not campin yet but my bike an trailer will be there Fri thru Sun.

I'll be there Saturday night,... if it were me, and I were leaving. I would chain it to something and ask a few of the overnighters to keep an eye out.. but all in all its a pretty safe place and have not heard of problems.

people are cool around there but unless its a homie, dont count on your bike being protected like it was yours.

thats why i sleep with a gun under my pillow and duct tape my ass when me and kruz share a room.

I'm going to keep an eye on the weather, but I'm really hoping to camp. Hope to meet a bunch of you guys, I'll bring extra beer for sure so say hello! I'll have a black isuzu rodeo pulling my 02 silver/black 954 (the only one with yellow RRs on the side). Later
