I haven't been there so what should I know? Which layout does NESBA use? They show several on the track website. Who's going and where are you staying? (hotel or camping)

Great layout. They use the main larger layout, no extra stuff. It will completely chew up your tires though. Plan on a new set while you are there.

I love Putnam!! Got both my bumps there, super fun track with good flow. Longer drive than some other tracks and it eats tires, but well worth it. Have fun!!

Grover's right, NESBA uses the full track without the extra crap. Its a lot of fun, but a far drive. The track is less technical than BHF, and has elevation changes.

+1 on the tires. Unless you have a new set you might want to think about buying an extra pair of buns.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!

they fit great, haven't tested them yet though. Looking to upgrade winter/spring due to my likeness to a marshmellow .

I wouldn't say its bad, its actually really good besides some bumps here and there. Its just a little more abbrasive than your typical track, which also makes it grippy, leading to wearing tires down more quickly than usual. Just how it was paved I guess

There are lots of rights and only 2 lefts, lots o folks hit the first left after thinking their tires are warmed up and learn differently. as only the right side of the tire is up to temp.2 laps should do ya.

its an awesome flowy track

I might have an onbord vid somewhere.

What I was told is its a special type of race compound with sea shells ground up into the asphalt....... Not sure, just what I was told.

Its a fun track you'll like it

Carrying that extra 5mph on corner entry is a doozie!

Putnam Rocks.

Beware turn 4, especially if it is cold. Off Camber, one of only two left turns.

Lot's of folks have a bad day there.
