Mid Autobahn update....

Sat was a blast...nice and cool in the morning and then the sun came out. One or two drops of rain at most..weather was perfect.

It was good to get out there and shake some rust loose as well as clear my head of previous events. I felt REALLY good out there all day long. Glad to be back...I love riding the track!

Today was a rain out...never even had a chance.

I plan to head back tomorrow morning for the A only full open course tomorrow.

I also had the privelege of introducing a new member to Nesba. Welcome Brian Wink (Nemesis). He was clicking off some pretty impressive times for his first ever outing. I think he got the bump to I at the end of the day. Looking forward to riding with you someday.

All you have to do is follow three simple rules. One, never under estimate your opponent (mentality). Expect the unexpected (could work out in your favor). Two, take it outside(or to a table). Never start anything inside the Bar unless it's absolutely necessary. And three, be nice.

Congrats on the bump Brian, you earned it.

BTW, you are the first guy I have bumped so you are NOT ALLOWED to crash when you start railing around in the I group!

Ron & John,

Thanks for all the help on Saturday, as you know, I had a WONDERFUL time. I will be back and will certainly do everything I can to avoid falling down. I wold hate to make Ron look bad. That said, I know that it will come sooner or later. I'll be taking it easy, focusing on form, and actually getting in position before the turn (LOL).

Anyhow, I loved it, and you guys were absolutely great. Hopefully, one day I will be able to ride A and get a chance to ride with you Kruz. But we both know that you will make CR way before that ever happens, so you and Ron will have to step down and ride with me

Thanks again for everything.

Wink

I had one hell of a bad day. First time since I have been on the track that I have had a problem with my bike that I couldn't ride. Found out what the problem was and fixed it so I should be good for this weekend. I did not even complete on lap on Monday and lost out on alot of money I guess thats what happens when you don't ride your bike for over 3 months. Wish I could have rode with the gang but it was nice to see everyone out there. Hopefully I will get a credit for another trackday.

What was wrong with it Steve? You should be covered for at least a partial refund due to a mechanical. You never even turned a full lap.

You smart ass! No I won't be. I have my kids that weekend. Everything revolves around them. Thats why I missed most of the season this year cuz the race weekend fell on the the weekends I had them. They are a little to young to bring to the track.

Your ass wooping will have to wait

steve, i talked to bob alittle bit ago.

he said your free day was FREE and you didnt have to pay that extra, not to mention you broke down 1/2 a lap into the day.

please send me all your info in a PM including your contact information and nesba #

and let me know if you would like a refund, or a credit to your account as per bob's instructions.

also i am sorry for what ever mix up that morning had for you.
i only wish i was there in the morning but i had to do some work for business before i could go.

thanks again for being a nesba member and family.
