Hotel info is at http://www.roadatlanta.com/accom.lasso

Looks like Hampton Inn is the best option, 15 miles away. Unless we wanna bump up to the 4-Star at http://www.chateauelanatlanta.com/ for the low low entry price starting at $172 a night.

Hampton Inn looks good to me. I'll call and get rates.

My daughter may be going with me from IU and has to be back...

OK, we are booked the nights of the 18th, 19th and 29th at Marriott SpringHill Suites in Buford, 15 miles from RA.

Staying there so far:
Wink
AdrenalinJunkie
TWink (Wink's daughter)
MM-Racing - Mopar
MM-Racing - Nick

Weekend rates - $109, Sunday night rate $82

SUITE WITH 2 DOUBLE BEDS >>

WEEKEND RATE * STUDIO SUITE W/2 DOUBLE BEDS & SOFA BED * 5 PPL MAX * MICROWAVE & MINI-FRIDGE * INCL CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST

https://marriott.com/reservation/rateListMenu.mi

To make reservations by phone, call 1-888-287-9400

Butch says that his sister who lives down there had to call 17 hotels in order to find him a room. He is staying in Athens, 35 miles from the track.

SO... we are staying at the location above, UNLESS we all decide to camp. At least make a reservation if you MIGHT stay there, as it is filling up, and you can cancel up until 6pm the day of check in.

This is across from the Mall of Georgia, and would be a great location to party from... LOL.
