Yeah there fun as hell. best handling bikes in the world. Enough power to put you back in the set, small and light so you feel invinceable, incredible feel. so easy to trail brake, mid corner shifts, very forgiving. I drop 2 seconds off me laps times going form my R6 to the 125. I always ask people why they road race, they like the twisties, when I ask them why not have the best handing bike made?

p.s. the average 125 has 45hp and weight 156lbs.

How much would a nice 125gp bike go for, with spares? How are they for parts availability and reliability? I weight about 215 lb. with gear, is this a problem? I have wanted a "real" race bike for a while, but I don't have much knowledge or information.

I am just learning on my Aprilia 250 but have been entertaining thought on what to do next. My original plan was to move to a GP 250 TZ or RS but
you 125 guys look like your having a blast. I hope to cross paths with you and chat sometime this season. Do you do any NESBA days like Mike? It has got to kill some of those big bore guys to watch a 125 pull away

I remember being at Nesba's first weekend at Autobahn last year when there was a guy on a 125 (white and purple color scheme I think?) in intermediate that smoked me like it was nothin. Humbling experience lol, he was shortly bumped to Advanced where I was no longer an obstacle for him
