Pirelli is Official Tire of NESBA; Win a Trip to World Superbike

Proudly, Pirelli announces it is now the official tire of the Northeast Sportbike Association (NESBA). As the official tire, Pirelli will have special deals, gifts, and prizes for NESBA riders. NESBA is the country’s only nonprofit, volunteer-run track day organization, offering track days at premier racetracks such as Barber, Road America, Road Atlanta and VIR.
Pirelli tires purchased and mounted at NESBA events will qualify riders for special deals throughout the season. Starting in mid-April, members can purchase a set of Pirelli tires at a NESBA event and get a Daytona 200 T-shirt that celebrates Pirelli’s podium sweep of this year’s 66th running of the race, while supplies last.

Additionally, riders attending a NESBA track day who purchase Pirelli tires will have the chance to win a trip to the September 2007 round of World Superbike in Vallelunga, Italy. Vero buono! Multo pasta! Ask the Pirelli vendor for details.

Pirelli giveaways at NESBA events will include Pirelli EZ-Ups, Pirelli designer hats, T-shirts, and, of course, Pirelli tires. At select NESBA events there will also be Pirelli personnel giving technical tire seminars to help riders get the most out of their bikes, their suspension, and their tires. Pirelli will be there to show every rider we’re serious when we say, “We race what we sell, we sell what we race.”

“Pirelli has really stepped up and put together some exciting and beneficial programs to support our members,” said Bob Blandford, president of NESBA. “We are also proud to offer Pirelli products at all 153 NESBA events this year. Pirelli will give us a great range to support all of our members’ tires needs.”

To join the NESBA or see the 2007 schedule, visit www.nesba.com. To learn more about Pirelli tires, please visit: us.pirellimoto.com.

I ran one Pirelli rear last season. I really liked how it felt. I came in at the end of the day and it was toast! But it never skipped a beat.

A very good step for the club. For some reason most CR's run the Pirellies so this shoul dbe good. We will also be getting Super Corsa Vs. the Diablo Corsa track day tire.

Looks like I have a learning curve. New bike, new tires, and I'm 40. I need to find more administrative duties or start "leaving" my bike key at home more often so I don't look like a wooooooosie.

Well, no better endorsment for Pirelli due to the fact that NESBA has been Dunlop sponsored for 9 out of the prior ten years by Dunlop and most Cr's ran Pirelli anyway.

Prices vary by size/model. I have bought a couple sets of Diablo Corsas from MD racing trackside and they were as cheap as the best online prices I have found AND free mounting as being a part of NESBA I would imagine MD is going to have these for sale as a part of the sponsorship, so you should give them a ring for pricing.

You need to post the photos the way I found the tire on the bike.
First a photo of section one.
Then a photo of section two.
