Well how was it guys? I was hoping I could go tommorow but I didn't get a call back from the guy that is selling me his track plastics. It sucks but I still might head up there to check some of you guys in action tommorow.

Have fun out there....Although I did enjoy Putnam last year in 40 degree weather, I'm waiting until it's nicer out. I can only make a certain number of events this season, so might as well wait for the warmer weather.

i went yesterday...sat out the the first session to see how the traction was on the cold track...went out the second and it kept getting nicer and nicer by the end of the day i shed a layer or 2 and was sweating at the end of a session...traction was good until some lost their drain plug down the front straight and into 1...they cleaned it up okay but it was a little slick if you liked a wider line....all in all it was a good day, i didn't even have to use my AK....hahaha

Man what a blast! Headed out there around 11am just enough time to see all 3 groups and then eat lunch.

I took some pictures too.

This one dude # 946 was really SLOW.

I don't know who this dude is but i like his bike.

Rounded out my first day by learning the track and getting somewhat comfortable with the track after the morning session with the bike wanting to slide everywhere.

The second day was even better with a bump to I followed by a crash during my first session in I! (I blame Gould!)

After that all was good. Ran the last 2 sessions without a hitch!

Now it's 5 days to grattan!

NESBA - Seems to be missing, can someone direct me where to find it?

Hey Dan,
congratulations on the bump; bummer about the crash.

Were you trying to impersonate Wink (aka HIENZ)?

At least your OK and the bike not in a hundred pieces.

Sorry Nolan, tried to snap a few of you but they all came out bad.

Anybody know who the guy in the last pic is? He was the guy with newer R6 with the blue/yellow leathers in A group. That guy is one hell of a rider.

Looks like it might be Dan Doty, CCS expert racer with a few AMA events if I heard right.
