Had a great time guys. First time at BHF and the morning sessions where a little ruff but by the afternoon I dragged my first knee on the carousel. I gotta thank Nicole for following me around for a few sessions, her advice really helped my confidence and skill on turn in mechanics. Sorry to Fred for closing the door on you by accident when I late exited the track.

Great seeing everyone again, sorry I couldn't stay for Sunday.

This weekend was a blast. HUGE THANKS to Dave for letting me borrow his F4i! I think I'm gonna have to get one of my own now...haha. It was strange to be on a bike that responded immediately to any change in the throttle - the SV is a little more forgiving. I focused a lot on body position, lines and smoothness rather than speed (sorry to all of you who got stuck behind me! gotta respect that it wasn't my bike though) and I definitely improved in all of those areas this weekend. Thanks to Melissa, Nichole, Greg and Wink for helping me work on my riding - couldn't have improved so much without ya!

I had a great time Sunday. Thanks to Butch for lending me a leather suit and to WINK for helping me bringing the bike to the track, and thanks to all the CRs that kept telling me to work on my LINE. I know I was all over the place and went off the track twice, and I felt like I was getting worse as the day goes by(getting tired) so after the 4th session I decided to park it and just call it a day.
See you all next time.

Was a great day on Saturday! (wish I could have stayed for Sunday). Very cool to meet many of you guys and to do my first NESBA event.

Thanks to Tony (HDTony) and Steve (thePro8) for letting me pit with you guys (that new canopy of yours Steve really kept me from cooking in the sun!..I owe you some quality beers next time). Looking forward to seeing some of the pics Tony took too, very nice camera!

Also wanted to thank the guys at tech inspection (Wink & spyder84) for hooking me up with the safety wire for my grips...wouldn't have wanted those things sliding off in the carousel.

Finally, working with the CRs was great! I really feel like the tips Blarney provided regarding my body position helped a lot and I appreciate all the feedback and attention....hopefully when I see the pics I won't looked so 'crossed up' any longer.

Looking forward to Autobahn full on the 23rd

It was another awesome weekend, but man is my body tired today. It was my first weekend at Blackhawk and I loved it. I felt improvement each time I went out there. Plus it was great seeing you all again and getting to know a few of you better.

Well now I'm back at work for the first time in two weeks so I have a ton of stuff to do.....like surf CLSB for 7 hours.

Another great weekend. Ran into some braking issues so I had to sit out Saturday, but Sunday was awesome. I felt very comfortable out there but still need improvement. But I guess that's a never-ending story. Can't wait to get back out. It was great seeing everyone again.

Thanks to everyone who helped me work on the bike throughout the day Saturday. You guys rock! Thanks to Ron for helping me diagnose my suspensions woes (I guess I'll have to open up yet another credit line). And thanks for letting me ride that Monster you call a bike

I had a great time out there yesterday as usual, even with my first get-off, a low-slide across the pavement and deep into the T1 grass. See my other post about that fun ride.

Tina you were moving good out there for the first time on a new 600cc. Your body position is always much better than anyone around you.

Tony, I have some pics of you and Steve, along with a bunch of others from the first A and I sessions after lunch. I'll get them posted sometime today.

My lower back feels like someone punched me in the kidneys 12 times. Five days of sitting hunched over a laptop is not proper conditioning for track riding

i feel fine, although i slept as soon as i got home. between only having 2.5 hours of sleep friday night, and going free diving for 4 hours, then i went stright to blackhawks, and drank 14? miller lites, and maybe 6 cups of nitro i was alittle buzzed.

i went to sleep with no blanket "forgot to bring one" and from 12-3am slept but woke up cause i was FREEZING! spent 3-5am trying to go to sleep through the shivers of being cold, but no luck. then thankfuly tony got up banging on his door to his trailer "played a joke on him" bill let him out which at that point i jumped in the truck and used towels to warm me up. so atleast i got 3 hours of sleep.

then we took pictures of alex and tony aswell as me helping tony out with some tips and what not.

he was rocking before noon, and looking great out there rocking I group.

good times
