Looking for Heartland and Mid-America Riders (RideShare)

Folks, we are heading to these next two tracks on July 28-29th for Heartland and then August 4-5th at Mid-America.

Looking for folks that wanna rideshare with us on the way out there.

AUGUST is a boring month, no Midwest Region events... SO.. if you wanna get your fix, these are BOTH great tracks, and if you haven't been to them, you should check them out, they are a total blast! If you have been... odds are you are already going anyway.

Anyone interested in going with us? Post Up!

EDIT: Heartland is cancelled due to the track repaving: https://www.chicagolandsportbikes.com...ad.php?t=58588

We are all full for MAM. Post up if you are still looking for a ride to MAM, we know of some open spots and hopefully can help ya out!!

MAM is a great track.

Decreasing radius turn
Increasing radius turn
Balanced double apex turn
two sets of chicanes
nice straight

Lots of fun for any bike and any level rider.

No huge push for HPT. Both almost the same distance. HPT is sooner, we always try to fill earlier events earlier.

We also have more room in the RV/Trailer available for HPT. What the heck, go to BOTH!

The MAM trip appears to be full with a couple of more people interested if spots open up.

HOWEVER, there is room for the Heartland trip and it is a GREAT track. Not to mention the fact that the track is now FASTER, as they have upgraded Alpha, T1, T2 and made it far safer and smoother flowing. Also, the wall on the right of the straight has been removed near the corner worker station.

Gonna be far faster and better flow now. Anyhow, HPT has openings is anyone is interested.

I'll get an email out to those going to MAM as well. Sorry we couldn't fit everyone, I will contact those that we can't fit to see if we can find an alternative way for you to get there with a ride share so that we can help you keep the costs down.

Gotcha for HPT then.

Also, I have given TheGrouch the names for a few who had indicated interest in MAM. Ashwingop, Gixxer6Dan and perhaps you (PaintedBlue) again for MAM!
Chris may have room for more folks... ROAD TRIP!!!

Darn! I can't make HPT. But that is a great track. There isn't a straight piece of pavement in the last 1/4 of the track. Turning and descending down hill, to the massive uphill front straight! Great track. The improvements will only make it better.

Looks like the Hix mobile is going to have to stay parked for another weekend.

I just got word that they are having a delay with the new layout and we are not going to be able to ride next weekend so the dates are going to get moved most likely.
