Post Nesba HPT

November 2006 I made the trek out to HPT for my very first NESBA track day. I had no idea what I had in store. Turned out that NESBA wasn't a track day organization but a family of the greatest and nicest people who all shared to same love of track riding. It was absolutely the best track day experience ever.

This past weekend was the first track day I was able to make it out to since then. When we got to the track everything was as I remembered. The people couldn't have been nicer and the weather couldn't have been better. I was nervous since it had been so long however once out on the track I felt at home and it was like I no time had passed. On the second day I was out on track and heard a familiar sound, the sound of a 2 stroke, look back and its Wink on his RS250. Time to play! We followed each other around checking out each other lines, and just having a blast! It was the time of my life and the perfect way to end the weekend.

Biggest thanks to NESBA and Brian Wink!!

You made some friends, or your buddy "Ben Franklin" was your wing man?

Ouch did you fall over there and flop over to the Dolls? Would leave you smelling like cotton candy...LOL!

You guys run the regular GP layout or the new sections?

We ran the regular GP, but we tested the new config at lunch. Can't wait until they finish moving the walls. Those are some FASSSSST corners!!!

I did the same thing on the 10th. I liked it. Will be interesting. I think we might use it on the 22nd of October.
