Got my Warrior!

I picked up a 2005 Yamaha Warrior Midnight yesterday. It vibrates like hell, but I love it so far!

Why is that? I thought the M109 was all sorts of bad ass.

That Yammi looks much like an HD (not knocking it, just saying), and probably runs much better to boot.

It kind of sounds like an HD too, but I dig it. Vance and Hines pipes, I think they are called big shots. Painted black to keep the theme. Only other mod is a power commander. Very smooth acceleration, and it moves pretty good for a cruiser.

I'm game for a ride anytime.

Although with the 290 construction I might be closer to an hour and half from you

Have always liked them, the ally frame is way cool. You are going to love that belt drive.

Have to get rid of those mini apes though...

Hey Dude - I am not putting my integrated Mirror Turn Signals back on my HD - Let's see if we can get them to work on your pig? (meaning I bring them to you and then eat shit out of your fridge while you monkey around with 'em) - That will clean the front up a bit - Then just get the rear brake ticker thing and say goodbye to the stockers - Also, lose the reflectors

I love the M109, and it really is bad ass. Not many 8 foot shaftdrive cruisers will loft the front end 6 inches in a hard start and then again in the 1-2 shift. Nor do many stock cruisers have a 240 out back, upgradable to a 260 on the stock rim. That being said, I LOVE the midnight edition Warrior. Just looks wicked. This is the only cruiser I would have preferred over the M109.

Congrats again Pat.

I like the M109, but I think I feel the same way as you SD. I just love the warrior.

And Bug, you can raid my fridge, but I don't want to run wires for mirror signals... yet

Never been a cruiser guy.. but been having come "bike curious" thoughts about going that route these past few years
Absolutely beautiful and definitely one of my favorites.. I'd have to say that and the VROD Street Rod are my top 2

Do those sit close to stock position? I like how the bars fit, but I wouldn't mind changing them out for something that looks better.

They are close to the originals. CP-1125 (if I'm not mistaken)
They have different styles so they can put those bars closer or further away.
Look at rswarrior web they have tons of photos with the different bars on warriors,
or swing by my house or work and look at mine.
I work in Addison (I have my bike with me today) or come to Elk Grove.

Gotta let the bank account recover a bit before I start modding. I've been lurking on rswarrior, but I don't like their site format :P Definitely getting some ideas though. Your bars look great!
