I Am Old & Sore

Glided the HDs today with Troy for a couple of Hundo Door to Door and FUCK ME I am Sore - 1st Real Ride of the Season - Ouch

Dirt Tomorrow with B.H - Monday is going to SUCK! - It is the one day of the week I have to go into my office in Oak Brook and they all think I am wacked because I am usually limping due to some 2 wheel fashion over the weekend

I need a complete Body Rebuild - This one is beaten up

3 OTC Ibuprophens every 6 hours is regular prescription strength, 4 every 6 hours are extra strength prescription strength. They helped me through several Mondays after a dirt biking/racing weekend when I was still working (it's good to have a younger brother who's only 16 months younger that's a doctor and can wise you up to this kind of stuff).
I don't know how old you are but, take it from a 58 year old... it CAN be and does get worse as you get older and let yourself get out of shape...The way I have started to view it is the pain tells me I'm alive and am still capable of having fun...It's just the price I have to pay!

When he's right, he's right - I would not know how to live without a bike - Been on 2 since I was 7 - Took a small break (pun intended) after my wicked highside coming out of T1 @ BHF and did not ride from '99-'02 - Woke up in '02, bought an SV AGAIN (exact bike I wadded on the track) and have been back at it since - Went through many styles since as well - SV, TLR, Busa, 999s, SuperDuke, Harley, 690sm, DRZ and buying a KX250 tomorrow

Speaking of the KX, hey fucker, come rip Dirt with us tomorrow @ FVOR?

Oldtime, I'm just 4 years behind you, and can already see/feel the wisdom of this statement. My cure so far is to not let myself get too far out of shape.

The SuperDuke had a much diff seating position then the HD does - Also, as I mentioned - First REAL ride of the season on the HD - ZERO wind protection - New Bars - Hwy Riding - A lot of little muscles that I have not used all year

You can't tell me that on your first long ride of ANY new season, you are fresh as a new born and feel nothing?
