Jesse James vs American Chopper?

i heard a rumor this biker build off is finally gonna happen.

dont see the point, you have a bike builder vs bike assemblers.

jesse has always been designer to metal fabricator. OCC has Rick who compares to jesse but he has no say in anything.

They should do a biker build off where each builder has to do build the whole bike with no help from their crews. Custom tank and everything. Give them more time in the build off so this could happen. Then we will see who the real biker build off champ is.

Back a few years ago when all this "Biker Build Off" things were all the hype, there was an Asian Guy from AZ or TX I think and he built a bike that had hydrolics in it to lower and rest on the frame so it needed not a kick stand - Now THAT dude can build a bike

Yep, his bikes were in a class of their own. Jesse Rooke and Roland Sands also make some amazing stuff! Roland was a good road racer as well. Unfortunately for him, he was better at partying and staying up late.

I think that's him - Thought he was Asian tho - In spite of what NickIF might think, I have been wrong before

It's Hotch. The I saw the blue one (no kickstand bike) in person and it's really a work of art. I thought the Vincent was even nicer.

That gears of war trike is just sick. Really shows how creative he can be. I personally like his style of bikes and builds.

I like what junior has been building lately. That aluminum frame from last night's show looks awesome. IMO senior has the capability of building nice bikes but he is lacking in the design department. How can you have someone design bikes for you that doesn't know anything about bikes? The bikes don't flow well and they just look bad. The horse head for a gas tank just looks hilarious like a little kid designed the bike. I thought it was awesome that the CNC cut that out though.

Russell Mitchell.
We were out in CA when he was doing the Build or Bust show and visited his shop. Very cool bunch of guys.
We had been over at West Coast Choppers looking around and there were signs on all the bikes "Don't touch or sit on" etc. Lame.
My oldest was 10 at the time and wanted a t-shirt, so we asked if Jesse was around to autograph a shirt if we got one. Were told that "We aren't sure if he's here and if not, don't know when he will be." OK, fair enough. We then headed over to Exile Cycles. Barely found the found the place as it was in a row of office/warehouses and the only signage was a 6"x6" decal next to the door. Next to that was a piece of cardboard that said "UPS deliveries around back."
So we headed around back to see if anyone was around or find out if they had a showroom somewhere else. Walked in and was told "Nope, this is it, but come in and look around." So being a shop with tools and shit everywhere, I tell my son to be careful and not touch anything. English Dave says "Go everywhere and sit on everything!" Fuckin cool! So we checked out the bikes and asked about a shirt and autograph from Russell. Was told "Russ is over shooting for the TV show and won't be back until late afternoon, but pick out a shirt and we'll have him autograph it and we'll send it to you." Fuckin COOL!
A week after we got home the shirt arrived and was signed by everyone in the shop.

Life has no instruction manual. Parts and labor can be impossible to find. Many go down the road with parts that are in need of service. A breakdown is eventual.
