Years Riding: a long time!

I AM BACK on 2 wheels!! :)))

just back home after a 3 hour nice ride back from Elkhart.

Bought a 2010 electra glide police edition with the 103cu and ABS etc, that come on it.

its fucken tits! only had 2000 miles on it and its still under warranty till 10/12/12.

i can tell how solid these newer frames are from the old ones. feels really planted, plush suspenion, tons of torque and having 6th gear makes it awesome on the hwy.

2 things i need soon, a radio to install in the factory slots (the police edition doesnt come with it) has all the switches and shit for the siren and lights.

set of rinehart exhaust, while the stockers sound nice i want more RUMBLE

ill post up pictures tomorrow if i can.

btw, man its so cool, the sound of the exhaust not being to crazy loud (its stock) and the amount of low torque it has (103 pounds at 2500rpm) in 3rd gear doing 30 it pulls like nothing.

i took it just over a 100mpr last night and it was pretty smooth

but its amazing just tooling around town i got no enthusiasm to haul ass, just putt putt around.

i think its just i am still soaking in being on a bike again, till i hit some rush hour traffic in the summer heat and i fucken loose my temper i bet that throttle will be cracking and the tire breaking loose

Well, even though it's a HD it's very nice. Looks smooooooth... Enjoy it bro.

There is nothing firm, nothing balanced, nothing durable in all the universe. Nothing remains in its original state, each day, each hour, each moment, there is change. Change is the essence of life. Embrace change as you do life. To fight change is to live in the past.
