OMG!!! That was amazing! Those were some serious profesional riders with countless hours of experience. . . and some great tires too!

this guys is awesome! he was up there when we did our trip to the gap. He kicked the shit out of our best rider while listening to Guns and Roses and leaving sparks behind him. Here are a few pictures of him. He is from Florida and does a trip to the gap once a month for a couple of days.

Notice his home made stop watch to see how long it takes him to do the gap.

sorry about the size didnt have time to resize them

Damn!!! That is some serious hauling on a Wing. Don't show this to Ken. He will just get all charged up to go faster.

We don't scrape that much on a H-D because the crap costs way too much to replace. H-D = $100 per scrape.

That is some serious riding though. You know there were a lot of bystanders and riders saying...WTF ?

yeah i saw this video before, and yes the goldwing "only the yellow one" is a very fast and agile bike. still can lean pretty far, just not as far as a rocket.

but we all have our fun, i dont plan on fucking around like this "well once ot twice a month maybe to make sure i keep frosty" but pushing that thing around like that on the roads and not the track with other cars and riders etc? now thats stupid, that guy looks bigger then me that means there is about 1100 pounds racing threw them corners.

regaurdless we all have our fun and push the bikes, but i dont plan on riding like that. "not that hard anyway"

not worth it.

but dont get my wrong, i am sure it was a blast.

Damn! That guy can ride. He tosses that Goldwing around like its a race bike. Did you notice his body position? He hangs off the side as much as he can and gets his knee out. Very cool.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!

What was amazing is I don't think I ever saw him cross the double yellow in a corner. Pretty amazing for the limited lean angle and the speed that he was carrying (and the parts that were grinding off).

We agree on something

Fuking retards, I don't care if they are the best riders in the world.
I've always said it, It's not me im worried about its the cars / trucks and bikes that are crossing the yellow and killing me. I could never go to the gap for that reason. For one I can't control myself, I would be flying and the chances of getting hit are not worth my life. There are to many accidents wanting to happed there, to many blind corners...someone with no experiance rides out there daily and BAM.

Game over.

Hes from Boca, FL, its his second gold wing, moved there from new york, meet him on his first trip to the gap with his yellow bike, has a matching Arai yellow helmet, and hes a former AMA racer, used to pay for his racing when he was working for long island honda or something like that, I have a video of him riding the dragon, that we made, nice guy, hes always there, always rents the same house, and usually meets his old time freinds from NY there(really close to 1/2 way)
Nice guy, fast as hell, bought the gold wing cause florida is so flat
He used to be a real squid on the dragon, seems hes slowed down a bit
