New toy...

So while I'm rebuilding the Gixxer for both track and street duty, Kim and I decided to pick up a new addition to the garage for both of us to enjoy:

2006 Suzuki M109R
M109.jpg
(I know, bad pic from cameraphone)

We went for a little stroll to get used to it and dragged some heel and peg! Scared the crap out of me at first. Scrubbed the right side of the 240 rear to the edge. Gotta adjust the shock preload and get used to cruiser lines!

This thing is a beast! Way more power than my old VTX1800 but feels just as light as the Warrior I test drove back then. Can't wait to put some more miles on it.

Big thanks to Mitch at Willy World for a great deal and finding us one of the last silver ones in the area.

What time? That may have actually been us on our way home from late lunch/early dinner.

Kind of fun just being a passenger for once. Not ready for that full-time, but it'll definitely be fun to cruise around every so often. Plus, I can actually pick the beast up, so I'll eventually take it for a solo spin

Life's Journey Is Not To Arrive At The Grave Safely In A Well Preserved Body, But Rather To Skid In Sideways, Totally Worn Out, Shouting "HOLY SHIT... What A Ride!"

All you have to do is follow three simple rules. One, never under estimate your opponent (mentality). Expect the unexpected (could work out in your favor). Two, take it outside(or to a table). Never start anything inside the Bar unless it's absolutely necessary. And three, be nice.
