General Info Help " Harley Dealership "

Been looking for a long time now and am really close to signing the dotted line.

Has anyone here every bought from Conrad's Harley Davidson. They are on the verge of moving into their new 80,000 square foot facility. I have a few deals working right now but something caught my eye this past weekend at their shop. thinking of going over there tonite and talk with them about the deal..

Already faxed over my offer (straight forward and firm) willing to walk always.

Just wanted to know if anyone in particular you have dealt with or know....

Thanks in advance for all the help.... and no never getting rid of the rocket.

***Currently have something working at Chi Town & IL Harley***

Let the games begin... Oh yeah thanks CHEY for making me cross over......

***Ashwin RIP Brotha you will be missed***

All you have to do is follow three simple rules. One, never under estimate your opponent (mentality). Expect the unexpected (could work out in your favor). Two, take it outside(or to a table). Never start anything inside the Bar unless it's absolutely necessary. And three, be nice.

I've dealt with the guys in the shop and was a good experience, but the sales staff act like you shouldn't be on their floor. Well except the BIG guy he seems pretty cool. Sry don't know any names.

I'm sick of following my dreams. I'm just going to ask them where they're goin', and hook up with them later!!

Have you checked out the brand new mega center in St. Chalres where Zyltra's moved to? They just opened last week and may have some deals going on.

http://www.zylstrahd.com/illinois/

I bought my ILHD and they treated me well, the have a 20% off for life deal for all accessories but they were far from home when I bought and even further now. Keep in mind, you'll likley be using this same dealer for the $5,000 in accessories you'll bolt on in this first year.

the company i work for built both the new zylstra and conrads HD dealerships. Darren Conrad is an ex AMA HD supertwins racer. Other than that I don't know a godamn thing about either of those shops.

Ya, Whiz, that's the guy. he's on my top ten list of most condescending people I've ever met. The rest of the dealer is great, service guys are cool, parts guys are ok, the owner is always cool to me. but that guy just rubs me the wrong way. Every time I called him with a question about my bike while I was ordering it, he always acted like he was too busy, I call him wanting to spend an extra grand on an exhaust,, I get "I'm busy I'll call ya back" guess what, never got a call back. He has no people skills whatsoever.

Sam on the other hand at IL HD, Still emails me to invite me on rides or too open houses and I didnt even buy my bike there. they have alwasy taken care of me and I alwasy left there a happy customer.

Heritage also gets and honorable mention, they have always been good to me as well, But I have definetly bought more at IL.

Oh and dont even get me started on Chitown. I wouldnt walk through their front door if it was rainin razor blades.

both my parents got their bikes from Lake Shore in Libertyville. My dad and I will ride up there once in awhile and the people are always great, huge service/parts department, lots of apparel, just a really nice place

I have had best experience with Mike Parth at Libertyville. Bought my sportster from Creep at IL harley and found out they jacked up price and extras. Got best deal and customer service from Mike. In april 06 bought a '03Buell and '06 Softail deluxe. Tell him Leanore Winn sent you... a friend of Jason's he will treat you well.

From a management perspective, I tell you, Lake Shore is one fucked-up dealership but my ex is the lead tech over there and if he works on your bike you can rest assured that the job was done right.
