That's why in Saudi they used to publicly behead people like this before human rights organizations came along.

Sends a good message.

You better be nice to America or we will bring democracy to your country.

So far word on the street is the Sherriff loaded up the body and told the Dad to have a nice day. The coroner ruled it a homicide but the general consensus is that it was accidental so no charges will be filed.

CNN has, in their usual fashion, patronized rural America once more. In their coverage of the Shiner, Texas case where a rancher found a man attempting to sexually molest the rancher’s four-year-old daughter and beat the molester to death with his bare hands, CNN couldn’t resist the opportunity to lampoon such primitive behavior.

Figures.

It's tough to say when death of someone is appropriate action to take, but IMHO, assault on a toddler fits into that.

The problem is, where do we draw the line?

Well no one watches CNN, so short of a news report on Fox or a posting to Drudge no one will hear their commentary anyway

The story coming out of Shiner is the Dad banged the guy's head or punched him super hard and really didn't mean to kill him.....perhaps sort of a "I didn't know my strength" sort of thing. So they are saying they don't think he intended death. Plus, it's Texas and most of these guys carry so if he really wanted him dead he wouldn't have used his hands
