A rolling start? Is that for safety reasons?

And where's the CTS-V in that list lol Didn't they have a commercial not too long ago claiming the fastest Nurburqring time?

EDIT I see it, down in 87th. Commercial said it was a lap record in '09, but I see better lap times from years much earlier.
