Chicago Motor Cars

Has anyone purchased a bike from this car dealership?

Checking out a bike, but seems like there is a lot of negative and fraud with this dealership.

Anyone out there have some more info?

I dealt with them before. Not the most respected outfit, but possible to deal with, with all the precautions - like if title on hand, bike on hand, thoroughly inspected, VINs checked, and etc, good to go. if something feels fishy, contingent of future action, like "we don't have title.." or title is not signed or has a lien and no lien release, or " we will take care of it after you buy it" - walk away immediately. Caveat emptor

I learned a lot from watching re-runs in my youth, and the latin phrase caveat emptor I credit to Mike Brady.

Chicago Motor Cars Sells Nothing But Junk

Had to past big time once I seen the bike in person. This dealership sells a lot of fixed up junk. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Looks like you answered your own question. There are always better places to find a bike than shady dealerships.

Why would you buy a bike from a car dealer anyways? Would you buy a couch or stereo from me? Same philosophy.

Don't buy from them. I bought a jeep from them, took 85 says to get the title! They kept giving me the run around.
