Warning : Watch out for this motorcycle repair shop

I have recently been extremely disappointed In the Bike services I received from a certain local repair shop .
Let me start from beginning , I recently bought a used GSXR600 and it needed new tires so being new to rockets and and familiar with "stealership fees",I decided to use a local shop that looked legit..... Well basically this dude charged me 180 for putting tires on ( not including tires) and this guy broke my brake braket that holds the brake caliber , this was obviously done when mounting bike wheel on. I did know notice this because my bike was in a diffrent shop being repair or somthing else about a week later so I didn't know. But after I got my bike back with new wheels my back brake didn't work at all where it previously did, and this guy dale told me that my back brake was shot and it would cost $100 to repair with new pads, again having no prior knowledge of bikes and how all that works I have in and after I got the bike back again I noticed that the breaks needed to be pumped anytime they where needed. So I have then tried to contact this man "Dale Silverback" of "Sliverback Motorcycles" right off of Lagrange in mokena , and what do ya know he's on vacation . Heads up to bikers south side

Sorry if this is hard to read , did this on my iPhone ...

Tighten the rear axle without a spacer and maybe you could damage something???

Yet any jerk can replace a tire in 8 minutes.

Next time some one says it takes an hr maybe it'll get done right.

After 25 yrs of bike service I've heard the other "guys" talk such shit, about how long it should take to do a given project. I'd like to puke. My bet is he was trying to race the clock and forgot safety, while working on others bikes it is paramount.

Or better yet miss align the front keeper notch and tighten things up. That'll do it for sure.

Does he really charge $180 for labor on two tires ? There must be hookers and blow in the waiting room .

This would be acceptable if he charged half that, but to charge that much and get deadly results? That's preposterous.

Impact wrenches can do wonderfull things with aluminum. Shop up here used one to put my rear caliper back on after changing my chain and sprockets. Stripped the threads right out and left them. And they wonder why I do most my own work now.

I'm not crazy, my mother had me tested.

you put it back together like a total moron without getting the bracket in the slot in the swingarm, I heard a story about whoever replaced me when I quit OC SUZ, did this on a gsxr1000 , went for test ride, hit r brake and caliper went around, tore hose off, its so easy a caveman can do it
