2014 AMA District 17 Calendar

is posted here:

http://www.amadistrict17.com/services/2014schedule.htm

So if anyone else is like me and likes to use this time of year to plan out a calendar of events that you don't have a chance in actually attending, there you go.

Hoping for a very MX filled 2014! With a GP or 2 dropped in as well.

Main goal is the Racer X Senior Championship. They don't have the schedule posted yet at: www.mxvets.com but I know it will be:

June 15th - Byron
July 20th - Sunset Ridge
Aug 9th - Red Bud
Sept 13th - Aztalan

Yes I have, and no I won't. That is a scary ass jump! I don't think I have been there since 2003 or so. A lot of other stuff on the track has changed, but that jump is still basically the same.

Back in the day Bubba and Pastrana were hucking that thing on 125's! They would usually shatter at least 1 or 2 front wheels in practice as they worked on dialing in how hard they had to hit it.

Can sum that up in one small word...........Balls

Did you watch that Vid I posted where BB had to lean back on the 250 to get the traction he needed to clear it? - Watch his 1st jump - Looks like he is practicing a start

Nice! I was looking for the schedule a few days ago and was disappointed it wasn't up yet. I look forward to another year of bashing into trees.

I can't view vids at work, but I remember how he was having to do it.

I found this pic of Bubba on the 125 back in the day...
