Anybody interested? It is their opening day for the season and according to their newsletter they have made a few changes to add some more natural terrain style elevation changes.

Its looking like mid 50s with no rain sunday so barring any big changes to that I will be there.

Wish I could got to get ready for VIR next week.

I'm out for tomorrow. I rode at Byron today. It was surprisingly dry. The worst possible thing happened. There was a bolt lying in the dirt by my stand. Is it from my bike? Someone else's bike? Who the F%#k knows but now I have to look the whole bike over.

I wouldn't worry about it. They put a lot of extra bolts in the bikes, so it probably isn't anything important.

Are you going to try to hit the whole east coast series this year?

Colin for now just planing on 2 east coast rounds and 2 AMA rounds, and most of Nwgp rounds. You should try to plan and do the RA AMA round.

It's definitely tempting, but I've pretty much sold all my stuff, and riding the 2T now...
I'm sure I could find wheels and brakes (and maybe even a random Orange 450) sitting in a garage in Indiana somewhere, but I'm just going to focus on Moto for this year.

I really do hope they keep building on this momentum and it keeps getting stronger, maybe sometime down the road I will jump back into it.


BTW, if anyone is still thinking of heading to KI tomorrow morning, I had a few other people bail on me and a couple other buddies are heading to Mt. Carroll, so I'm going to go there tomorrow instead of KI.

Colin, where did you end up going? How was it?

Went up to mt carroll. Track was beautiful, weather was awesome, bike ran great, I kinda rode like an idiot. So overall, I'd say a pretty good day!

Rode pretty good the first session. My arms got tired quick though and I was having a hard time attacking the track after that. Im hoping east dundee opens soon so I can get some after work riding in and get back into better riding shape.

The track looks nice. I will have to try it out. I understand the physical part. On Sunday, I felt like I had been hit by a truck.

I sure hope everyone is riding tomorrow,, not sure where I'm going yet but Joliet is a possibility,, anyone else have a plan?
