FVOR tomorrow 11/22?

Calling for temps near 50. Chance for an occasional light drizzle. Going to keep an eye on the weather but thinking I may show up around noon. Give it a chance to warm up some. Anyone?

Better mount the ice tires.

it's not the fall that kills you, it's that sudden stop

ive been thinking about Saturday, but I think the ground is frozen deep and if it rains any it will create a half inch of grease on top of icedirt, but ive done some fixes on the husky and im itchin to try it out to see if ive found the real problem, if it seems ridable Saturday ill give it a try, if its raining all night into morning ill probably scrap that plan

i went Saturday, there were 4 trucks in the lot , mid 50s and dry as could be, no rain, stayed till close, could not believe no one was there, I rode my husky most of the day and no problems now with a new battery and the fan removed, it seems all my trouble was related to the bad old dry cell battery and when the fan came on it didn't have enough juice to run right, but it started the bike so I never suspected it as the problem, wish I'd figured that out before leaf river

Damn. I heard Sunday was nice too. Oh well. Had something come up Saturday and then had some family up to visit Sunday.

I'm keeping an eye on this weekend. Either FVOR or there's a hare scramble down in White City that I'd love to make. 3hr team race or iron man(solo).

I'll be at FVOR Sat if I don't do the race. Definitely riding somewhere. I'll post back up.

Here's Wardy's post from FB.

www.foxvalleyoffroad.com for those of you wanting to get another ride in this year we are open 10-4p Friday, Saturday, and Sunday this weekend. Last weekend Saturday was 51* and dry. This weekend looks to be about the same the snow that hit the northern counties didn't get us here much. Weather updates, and conditions on the website will be posted every evening this weekend. If any prep work can be done we will do it. here is the forecast for the weekend. Saturday will be the "best" day to ride.
Friday Partly sunny, with a high near 36. South wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.
Friday Night Mostly cloudy, with a low around 29.
Saturday Partly sunny, with a high near 51.
Saturday Night Mostly cloudy, with a low around 36.
Sunday Partly sunny, with a high near 46.

Ended up heading down to White City for the Charity Hare Scramble. 8hrs on the road but it was well worth it. Temps in the mid 60s starting out and sunny. Loved the terrain...lots of elevation change, challenging hill climbs, creek crossings and wide open grass tracks. Was a little slick in spots but tacked up pretty nicely as the race went on. Much better conditions than I was expecting.

It's not looking like I'll be able to get a ride in this weekend. However, the forecast shows a continued warmup into next week with possible 50s by next weekend. Hoping to ride then but we'll see. Would love to make a trip down to LTM sometime too...

LTM is a good place to ride, but far, over 3 hours drive , I should have gone there last weekend, I will be in CA next week riding the MXA ride day at Glenn Helen wed and elsinore MX and some Beaumont mountain trails that weekend, figures that it will warm up here then, at least cali is getting some rain now
