Not sure yet. If I ride with Club57, I leave my house at 6am. If I go to an open riding area, I will probably leave around 8ish.

Riding somewhere but haven't decided where yet. Might head to fox valley or rocky glen. Weather is making it difficult because storms look more likely in wedron.

Wound up at Fox Valley and it was a great day. Took both the gas gas and the KTM and the funny part is the KTM didn't even leave the trailer. I'm having so much fun on that little gas gas. Now off to a work and play ride with the Nitro trials group today.

Going to have to fit som maintenance in soon this will be the third time I've gone riding this week. Lol it's a nice problem to have.

Sorry I missed your post. I ended up riding with Club57. Post if you ride this coming weekend.

Take care and ride safe,

I'm headed to a trials event this weekend. I've been doing so much riding lately I'm struggling to find time to do maintenance and clean the trailer. It's a nice problem to have.

Come on up to Lena if you want to give trials a try. They have a knobby class and the property is amazing. 80 acres of all kinds cool terrain.

I've got a race this Sunday so probably not this weekend. I'd like to hit Byron sometime in August though. Need to work on my MX skills for sure. Plus the GP and HS at Byron are coming up on 8/29 & 8/30.

Any interest in Byron next month?

There is a hare scramble/enduro on Sat.afternoon @ Roselawn Ind. The sunday race is a pure enduro. I'll be doing both and in pain Monday.

I'm planning on making the Saturday race. Here's the flyer if anyone wants more info. http://www.midwestenduros.com/Flyers...8th%202015.pdf

I got some pretty nasty blisters on my hands from the race this past Sunday. Hoping to be healed up or maybe come up with a solution to get by for Saturday. Hurts like the dickens.

Hats off to anyone that raced both days. Man that was a tough one(Sat Race). I think it was a combination of the heat, some of the tightest trails I've ever ridden, and the length(took me around 3hrs to complete).

Had a rough first lap and learned pretty quickly I didn't have the skills to run a normal hare scramble pace in that tight shit. Clipped a couple trees and had some good crashes. One happened in the middle of the first lap and I managed to rip off the bite valve on my camelbak in the process. All of my water was dumping out so I had to find it if I was going to finish the race. No way I could have ran another couple hours without water. Eventually I did and I continued on, albeit at a much slower pace. At that point I just wanted to make sure I survived and made it to the finish. Quitting wasn't an option. So despite having a pretty rough go at this one I somehow managed to place 4th out of 12 riders in my class. Pretty happy about that.

after the first lap I rested for 10 min off my bike on my back. Did the second lap and after most of the 3rd lap figured out that I timed out so took the road back to start. Yeah I struggled with the heat also but didn't crash or mess up the bike in anyway. Probably could have ridden more aggresively. No cramps until I drove out Sat. afternoon. Last year just did the Sunday enduro and the year b4 did both. I prefer the 2nd day but felt I needed to be home Sunday.
