charcoal is nice, but I'm not a big plan ahead person. I want to fire up the grill and get a burger or hotdog within a few minutes, not 30-60 minutes so it's LP for me
Weber performer series, Charcoal is the only way to go. I also have a kenmore gas for quick meals, but when I'm serious about my grilling the weber gets fired up.
In fact I've got a full slab of ribs out there right now slow roasting with a dry rub, and hickory wood chips in the coals.
I typically only grill for 1 or 2 people, but I can pack on the meat if need be. It's a great little setup that is also portable and runs off either the small blue tanks or a standard propane tank.
