2009 Moto-Angels Charity Calendar

Here is the beginning layout for the 2009 Moto-Angel Charity Calendar. The image is as follows: Cover, Inside Page 1, Inside Page 2, then the months begin...

We expect these to go on sale in December, NLT Christmas, but hopefully before!

The price for each Calendar will be $14.95 each with all proceeds going to the Moto-Angel Foundation, a federally registered 501(c)(3) Non-Profit organization.

Enjoy! Your positive feedback is welcome!

Thank you! ~ Timmay!

Not yet, we are still setting up the accounting aspect of TMAF, but advanced orders will be able to be placed through paypal once we've completed that. Hopefully by Dec. 1. I'll post up when it's ready.

Absolutely! Good catch. She pointed that out and it's been corrected (refresh). My bad... had trouble reading her handwriting... LOL

That's really awesome. The design work looks really professional, and I like the fallen rider support focus. Did I read correctly that it's to benefit the family of riders who passed away? Will you be forming a Board to decide how the funds will be used? Eligibility criteria?

To raise $$ I think the idea of a kick-off party is perfect. Are there any bike-friendly cafes, restaurants, or bars that CLSB has any history with? If not, maybe we arbitrarily choose a place that seems open to it - sell the calendars, charge/ solicit donations for autographs..? Looks like a lot of people have put a lot of work into this, may as well maximize the return with a good kick off (!?!)

Are there any people on CLSB that work for local press? Maybe we could at least get the Red Eye involved?

Ah, an idea for a place.. the 5 Star bar on Chicago ave - I went to a TonUp club ride/meet there, so they are at least cool with bikers.

Maybe I'm getting ahead of myself and need to get back to the books...

my 2 cents are spent.

Ride smart... stupid hurts.

Everyone crashes. Some get back on. Some don't. Some can't...

Yes, correct, the Fallen-Rider fund is in place to help families who have lost a primary caregiver in a motorcycle fatality. The board will be formed by the elections of the three Directors of TMAF. Interested candidates should contact Ody or myself.

Good question... Whose the party planner extraordinaire on this board? Anyone anyone interested in taking charge of coordinating this? If so, PM me or Ody.
