Post R Bar - Esme's Donations for Ashwin

We had a great time last night Esme, with getting to know you and remembering Ashwin. Thank you so much for doing this as a way to donate. I wish there was a larger turn out while we were there. When you came up and told me there was a table of Ashwin's high school friends I was amazed.

No one else went from here? I hope others did, since she was generous enough to do this.

There was a few other that stopped up later on last night. I think she told me that Flounder, Muddy, Evil Twin, Pink Rider and others went there after bowling earlier to donate and hang out.

Thanks for stopping up and bringing your family.. She said that she hopes to talk to you guys soon

Yeah well Terra unfortunately whoever bought our drinks bought them from the bartender, not from Esme so she didn't get our tip. so I'm throwing in some extra to Mandy.

Good to hear. It was the very least I could do. Thanks again to Esme. I look forward to seeing you 2 soon.

Thanks to Craig and everyone else that came!

The mere fact that you all took the time and made the effort to drive out to my neck of the woods was a great reflection of the affection how much you all cared for Ashwin.

I'd like to clarify that perhaps because of the music, but what I said was that some of my friends came out for support. They did not know Ashwin but they knew what I shared of him and that was enough of a reason to be there.

I didn't raise as much as I would have liked to raise, but I spoke to a couple that plans on heading out to that same area this coming weekend for a ride and I had a chance to share this past week's accident and perhaps gave them something to inspire some extra caution. They were more than happy to generously tip.

Above all, it was great to see that there are caring people in this world.

Craig, please send my best to your wife and daughter! It was nice meeting them and I look forward to seeing them at Bike Night.

The real art of conversation is not only to say the right thing at the right time, but also to leave unsaid the wrong thing at the tempting moment.

R.I.P. Ashwin
