DAMN!! Do i dare ask how much a setup like that would cost.

just think of how great any game would be on that setup

Everyone needs a healthy way to relax, mine Church, and two wheels, a stretch of winding road, and a pipe loud enough to give me headaches and make squirrels explode. (Fixed curtousey of PWRMAD)

Nothing is impossible the second we say ill try your already admiting you can be defeated, and the second you say i cant or its to hard youve already failed.

looks like 7 PCs with dual head display cards showing current market trades, overlaid with historicals and theoreticals, plus the laptop. Relatively inefficient trading set-up. Properly designed, that solution should pop alerts and bring focus to the trades that he wants to track, and the market variables that are directly related to the alerts.

A far simpler set up would be to put all those images on 1-3 projectors on the wall in say 4,6 or 9-up displays, and then have 6 active displays at the console layer. You'd get far more information, in a simpler view that would be easier to take the information in visually, as well as it would be more actionable for trades.

Now, if you wanna play flight simulator, this could be a cool set-up...

Just read the article, apparently there is more than in the picture, and he has made some mods as well. Looks expensive, not productive, but sure as hell would impress folks visiting your house I guess

Beat Me To it.................

That pic made my head hurt

"Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming WOW, what a RIDE !!"

Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.

Ha,

looks like my setup at work, 3 front end boxes running 8 widescreens and connecting to 9 back end boxes that run my algo software to the exchange.
