R1 Exhaust Covers

I have an 04' R1 and I have been thinking about upgrading to a full exhaust real soon. I like the look of the carbon fiber canisters, but I think carbon is way over played on most bikes nowadays. I have the liquid silver paint scheme, so I think the titanium finish for the cans will look real clean and wont be too flashy. Also, I am really diggin the look of the bike w/ the stock covers over the canisters. If I am not mistaken, these bolt right to the stock exhaust. I am interested to see if anyone knows of a place where I can find a 'bracket' that will wrap around the aftermarket exhaust and still allow me to have the guards.

Also, I think this is the type of project that could be made relatively easily by someone w/ the right tools and experience. Anyone have an idea of the cost to make 2 of these (one for each side), plus a little powder coating? I am open to offers.
