Wrong. It's ebay. I've had plenty of people buy and then back out. They just back out and take the strike. Nowadays sellers can't even neg rep buyers for that.

Seems to be gaining between 10-15 pages a day. Crazy stuff.

Life has no instruction manual. Parts and labor can be impossible to find. Many go down the road with parts that are in need of service. A breakdown is eventual.

This is at 58 pages now. I read a few post and have several thoughts. First off it seems that the dealer made a mistake. Secondly, the dealer has little to lose at this point. All the bad pub is already out there. That can never be retracted. Even if the dealer honors the deal, the harm is already done. There will never be the same amount of pub saying that they honored the deal. If the auction winner backed out of the deal, would the dealer reverse the situation and make this guys life hell? I bet not. He would most likely chalk it up to experience and move on. Someone wrote that this could be a defining moment on ebay. Making a legally binding contract legally binding. I have had more than a few buyers back out of deals, and ebay seems to see that as no big deal. Now these same buyers can be made to pay? I didn't look, but, I wonder if this buyer ever backed out of any deals on ebay. If so, I would say tough shit. Everyone gets held to the same standard.

Ebay can lick my balls and so can whiny buyers that think they can strongarm sellers into doing something they don't want to. If it was purposefully done by the seller then shame on him, but if it was a legitimate mistake then deal with it as the buyer and move on. That was probably his 6th time relisting because the first 5 buyers backed out. Oh, but that's OK. Business should be good for both parties, it shouldn't be this hard.

base price is about $42k for the coupe. 6.1 liter hemi puts out 425 hp. im prejudiced having grown up with muscle cars. i dont think cars looked any better than in the muscle car era of the 60's and early 70's.

Up to 72 pages on the original post. wow.

Fwiw, I think this car is the best current reinterpretation/reincarnation of an original 60's/70's car. Just sayin.

yep ... i think its one suweet car. the thread is up to 80 pages now and has been posted to over 200 other forums. the clsb guy on there is taking a few hits for one of his posts...their forum is a "bit" more p.c. than here. it is cool to see so many non mopar forums jumping to support this guy though. seems like this is destined to end up in court - wonder what rob thinks.
