Not sure but i got a buddy selling n 08 Yamaha YZ250 with about 24hrs (didnt have time to ride due to work) of total riding time on it i belive, just needs some carb work from what i remember.

Everyone needs a healthy way to relax, mine Church, and two wheels, a stretch of winding road, and a pipe loud enough to give me headaches and make squirrels explode. (Fixed curtousey of PWRMAD)

Nothing is impossible the second we say ill try your already admiting you can be defeated, and the second you say i cant or its to hard youve already failed.

HDTony.... Damn glad to meet you!

the red sticker/green sticker thing is tricky out there, the sticker is a registration from the DMV,same as a license plate in a way, you WILL need a title to get one, any riding place that cares will also require a spark arrestor at minimum, then red stickers can still ride in winter months, green can ride year round, search for Gorman OHV park and you get the details, you would be much better off getting a street legal dual sport for cali like a drz or a KTM exc , then you can ride in any state park as well, that plate is a real get out of jail free card in cali, ive been busted riding where i shouldnt on the drz with an expired plate and they let me go

That 2001 is a heavy old piece of antiquated blue non-sense. You won't be happy with that after riding and 05.

IMO. Of course.

Wouldn't it be easier to buy a bike out there rather than buy it here and then move it there???

You should buy a KTM 690sm fully loaded so you can bomb canyons

Yeah, that's what you should do
