Did I leave any money on the table?

Here's the FOR SALE Link

02 R1, 56000 MILES!!!!!!!!

I had it not even 2 hours on the market on craigslist, and it sold for 3K.

I came home and I've got 2 other people interested, but one guy offered only 2700.

Did I leave any money on the table?

I thought you priced it right at 3500 and figured you'd get a couple solid offers of 3k, maybe $3200. Anything above that and the buyer is a dope.

Sounds worth it to me. You didn't have to deal with the headache of getting numerous lowball offers and then have those people let you know they will be giving you $12,000 and to please forward the excess amount to a shipping company.

$3K to be done with a sale that you are happy with is worth it - Is an extra $200.00 going to get Gizelle in your bed or a 250 GT California in your garage?

kinda funny because when I was trying to put together a selling price, everyone was like "you won't get anything more than $1500, MAYBE 2K"

Now that I"ve sold it, seems like everyone is now out of lowball mode and telling me its REAL sell price lol.

I'll hear all that when the YZ sells next year too.

I was tempted to offer $3k for it, but shouldn't be buying another bike right now $3k is a good price for both the buyer and seller for this bike with that many miles on it.

nay, it's gone. If you would have kept it a couple more weeks and dumped it you would have spent more on repairs than any amount that you might have left out there. Be happy it's gone and move on.
