Installing HIDs on R6

Im installing new headlights on the bike this weekend. Anyone have any suggestions on where to install the two ballasts, or any tips in general?

I installed the balast on my old CBR in the side panels. on the 1098 I wraped them and ziptied them to the frame, I just did the BMW and decided to use velcro and place it in the side - upper panel.

oh and make sure you test everything before you get everything wraped up and stuff, I had two bad bulbs in like 8 sets...

the rule in Europe is that the light has adjust automatically on height, if its a HID, since that would mean that the lights would have to be able to accommodate for wheelies, its impossible....

Theres not many options on the 99-02 bikes. I Ended up sticking mine underneath the part of the frame that the gas tank sits on. I tried using the double sided tape that came with it and sticking it to the sides of the ram air intake boxes but that lasted all of one ride

Not enough room in the nose? That's where I put them on my 06 R1

I'm sick of following my dreams. I'm just going to ask them where they're goin', and hook up with them later!!
