rear view helmet

http://www.gizmag.com/go/4855/?utm_s...m_medium=email

"...has a built-in 180 degree unbreakable rear-view mirror system in the hope it will save lives on the roads by improving situational awareness and hence preventing accidents. The innovative technology allows the wearer to see the road behind, using a system of unbreakable mirrors constructed out of ABS, which are contained inside the helmet shell and provide a window in the top of the helmet opening – a robust, low cost heads-up display..."

looks interesting. saw a video on youtube... but the guy didn't put it on and demo it. he did say a few times that you'd have to learn how to use it, which makes sense because unlike a stationary rearview mirror in a cage, the view view would move with wherever you were facing.
