Contract / Procurement writing

Does anyone have Contract writing experience or know of where I can get some samples of ones? I have done a search on the interweb and not liking what I see, but going to keep searching.

I have to write a contract for my last class using either one of the three topics below;
A New Practice Field (baseball)

An Environmental Impact Study ( for Cement production plant)

An Inventory Control System (implementation)

I have a template a RFP that I can use but more looking for the proper wording.

The RFP should provide you with proper wording. You looking for more specific T&C's or something?

Often overlooked but very important:

Include an acceptance checklist that must be met.

Most places try to weasel out of this shit with verbiage like "business capable", "where it makes business sense" etc... which allows for so much wiggle room no one can be held accountable for breach.

Everyone Exaggerates

We're being taken for a ride... agaaaaaaain.....

PM me if you still need some. I can get you some examples of federal, state and commercial RFPs my company has submitted responses to.

No promises that any of the examples there are any good, it is the federal government afterall.
