Amazing How Nice People Are To You..

...when you are on crutches - Some smoking Betties in my Bldg (and no, I do not shit where I sleep) that have always played the "I'm Hot and know it" card towards me are all of a sudden being very nice to me - If these damn things did not interfere with my work so much, I would make a habit of being on them

I am getting VERY tired of having to explain what happened to every person who stops me and asks me "what happened?" I am going to start making shit up as stating that "I got taken out in a tight 180 degree turn while racing SuperMoto" is just getting old

Suggestions on a new Story for me? And one that does not involve any type of "Gay Behavioral" act (Tnat, just stop it RIGHT now)

"Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming WOW, what a RIDE !!"

How about you saw a person getting mugged, and started to chase the mugger when you got hit by a car.

Do it like me...

- What happen to you
Me - Fell down the stairs.
- Were you drunk?
Me- No, Sunday morning, I was sober.
- That sucks.
Me- Yes no shit...
- Mhm, you should say something cool, like you were with your bike, And like on a racetrack and you crashed going realllllly fast, that would sound cool.
Me- Yea I should say that...

I don't want to deal with the bs I would be hearing from my boss about stuff, if he knew what really happened, they already considered to add it to my contract....
But it's funny how people tell me to make up stories.

Bug, we should hang out sometime and hop around together... ;-) How long are you gonna be on four legs?

Yeah, my Boss kind of blows me shit about riding/racing and coming into the office on Monday Mornings limping around - I asked he go to Hulu and watch "On Any Sunday" for a better understanding of why - He watched it and came back with "I guess you are who you are and I like that you do what you love, just don't let it affect your work"

I should be off the stick by Friday - Only using them to keep weight off for a few days while the swelling goes down, which it already has
