I used a rental service once and it was a really great service. Full contract, and they had a lot of reputable houses to rent. The lady who started the business has been around a very long time so she is a bit older, she knows Naperville's history better then anyone I've met, but she's not an advanced individual when it comes to technology and communication, but she has staff at her office who can also help return phone calls, etc.

Here is the contact info:

Inc. Rental Homes
Sandi Walsh
(630) 420-2051 - Work
630-730-6407 - Work / Mobile

Hopefully she hasn't retired by now.

It might be cheaper to buy a house/condo than to rent nowadays. Unfortunately the $8,000 tax credit for first time home buyers expired on April 30th, but it is still a good deal to buy now, if you can. The mortgage rates now are the lowest I've ever seen.

For example, my rent when I lived in Brookfield was $765 a month (couldn't write it off on taxes). My mortgage in Oswego is $751 a month (CAN write most of it off on taxes).

Randal: [to Dante] Would you grow up!
Becky: [to Dante] OK, I'm only telling you this because we're friends, but sometimes, in the heat of the moment, it's forgivable to go ass-to-mouth.
Randal: [chuckling] Ha! I knew it.
