Nothing really and I'm sure he has a stable but for national consumption he only rode an 848

Not to start a flame war, but I kinda thought it was kinda douchey of MJ to say something along the lines of: "I don't understand it, I pour a lot of money into the team but we are not getting any wins!"

Despite what we've all heard about MJ's character over the years, I thought he was relatively "humble". Being a winner in his field of expertise, I understand where he's coming from. I think Chuck Graves summed it up by saying most expected MJ to be out in 2 years if he didn't win but that he's stuck to it now for 7 and now is finally a player. Given he has the money, some may expect more though it is a tough sport where anything can go wrong in a blink of an eye.

I respected him early on when he did this. The press was all pissed off for years that he wouldn't talk to them. He finally told them he couldn't talk to them. He didn't know anything about the sport. He wasn't going to pretend he knew something about a sport for which he knew little.

When did speak, he told them it blows. No matter how much money he throws at racing and no matter who is riding his bikes, he can't win. The playing field wasn't level. He had top notch Suzuki's that couldn't touch the Yosh bikes no matter what they did or who they hired.

I also liked the fact that in the show, when Zemke won, he said he was excited. He couldn't go down to the pits to celebrate though. That would have taken away from the crew and riders celebration. I think it's very cool of him to know that his presence would draw away the attention from the guys that did the hard work.
