CD and CD Case disposal

CLSB peeps: How can I dispose of some 'unusable CDs' and also CD Cases in an environmentally-friendly way? Apparently these items are not part of the acceptable recycle list...

Can't help you with the CD's, but the cases should be able to be dropped in your recycle container no problem.

or

If the cases are not cracked, donate them at a GoodWill.

Will best buy take them? I often see a "recycle your old electronics" drop spot at my local BB.

CDs are just plastic... Don't know why you couldn't throw the CD and case in the recycling bin.
