Star Trek: TNG

Caught an old rerun last night on BBC america, apparently they're replaying all these now. It was the one with Tasha's sister, this chick was hot! You forget how good this show was.

I remembered this episode but I was still hoping it'd change and Data would plow Tasha's sister just like he did her. Alas, he was left with blue robot balls.

It's crazy how a show 20+ years old that centers around technology doesn't look a bit dated at all. Great show.

There was a CLSB Picard v Kirk poll a few years back, iirc.

Beth Toussaint (born Elizabeth Toussaint on 25 September 1962, USA) is an American actress, best known for her television performances.
Toussaint appeared in the 1984 music video for Bon Jovi's song "She Don't Know Me", Bob Seger's 1986 song "Like A Rock", and in the 1987 music video for SAGA's song "Only Time Will Tell".
From 1988 to 1989, she was a regular cast member in the popular CBS prime time soap opera Dallas as "Tracey Lawton", and from 1996 to 1997 in the The WB prime time soap opera Savannah. She also appeared in Cheers, Star Trek: The Next Generation (as Ishara Yar in the episode "Legacy", 1990), Melrose Place, Matlock, Babylon 5 (episode "Revelations", 1994) and Martial Law. In July 2006, she began appearing on The Young and the Restless in the recurring role of Hope Wilson.

Lt. Tasha Yar: What I want now is gentleness, and joy, and love... from you, Data; you are fully functional, aren't you?
Lt. Cmdr. Data: Of course, but...
Lt. Tasha Yar: How fully?
Lt. Cmdr. Data: In every way of course. I am programmed in multiple techniques. A broad variety of pleasuring.
Lt. Tasha Yar: Oh, you jewel! That's exactly what I hoped.

Classic!!! then she posed in playboy.

I loved that show. Still prefer Voyager for it's linear storyline but TNG will always be a classic.

Shitty that Enterprise had to ruin the Universe.

Voyager sucked. There I said it. So does DS9 and Enterprise.

edit, DS9 was slighly better when hawk started shaving his head again. hair made him weak, it's the reverse samson effect for black dudes.

I didn't like DS9 and Enterprise was horseshit. Thinking Voyager sucks is just silly though. We have similar tastes in bikes and most Sci-Fi but on this topic, you're just plain wrong my friend.

Best Character Development, far better special effects, didn't betray the TNG plotlines, Seven of Nine, The BORG!?!, Best Theme music, etc. The list just keeps going, better show, not the original but a better TV show than TNG; they took the ST: TNG universe and ran with it.
